British Ticket Scoops EuroMillions

British Ticket Scoops EuroMillions

A British lottery ticket has scooped £12,693,000 after matching all of the numbers required to win the EuroMillions jackpot on Friday 28 May. The lottery numbers for the EuroMillions game were 04, 09, 31, 32 and 33, and the Lucky Star numbers were 03 and 07. This continues a fantastic run of success for British players in the EuroMillions game, and around £300 million has been won by Brits in the last six months alone. National Lottery players who are hoping that this run of success keeps going can play for the next EuroMillions jackpot of around £12 million this Friday 4 June.

The Millionaire Raffle number was SQR331307, and that number made yet another British EuroMillions player £1,000,000 richer. Of course, there were plenty of other EuroMillions prizes won as well as these main ones. Eight players matched five main numbers and one of the two Lucky Star numbers to win a second-tier prize worth £264,922 each. Five players matched five main numbers and no Lucky Stars to win £120,289 each, and 93 players matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £4,619 each.

Back on home turf, the Lotto game on Saturday 20 May created four jackpot winners. The jackpot itself was worth £4,791,596, so each of the four winning tickets is now worth £1,197,899. Whether all of the these winning tickets were purchased by individual players or on behalf of one or more lottery syndicates is too early to say.

The lottery results for the Lotto game were 02, 17, 36, 39, 42 and 48, and the Bonus Ball was number 41. Nine players matched five numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win a second-tier prize worth £163,815 each and another 504 players matched five main numbers only to win £1,828 each. With the Lotto jackpot also won, the jackpot for the next Lotto game this Wednesday 2 June will be worth around £2.4 million.

As you can see, there are plenty of National Lottery players who have something to celebrate this Bank Holiday Monday. Readers who would like to do some celebrating of their own in the near future can give themselves the chance by choosing to buy lottery tickets online. Good luck!
