A Lotto Love for Valentine's Day
Roses are red, violets are blue, and there's a whole Lotto love just waiting for you. Okay, so we aren't the best poets in the nation, or even the county, but we wanted to highlight the exciting fact that the Lotto Raffle game this Saturday 14 February will be celebrating Valentine's Day by awarding ten prizes of £1 million each. Those prizes are in addition to the usual 50 Lotto Raffle prizes of £20,000 each, and they will be delivered no matter what happens in the main Lotto game, where a rollover jackpot will give you a shot at winning an estimated £6.7 million!
The fact that we just mentioned a rollover jackpot in the Saturday Lotto game obviously means that there was no top prize winner in the midweek game. The Lotto results on Wednesday 11 February were 08, 09, 10, 21, 35 and 41, and the Bonus Ball number was 22. A second tier prize of £45,330 went to each of four tickets that matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and another 114 tickets matched five main numbers only to win £1,350 each.
There were 7,048 tickets that won their owners £115 each by matching four main numbers only, and a prize of £25 went to each of 139,721 tickets that matched three main numbers. There were another 50 prizes of £20,000 each awarded by the Lotto Raffle game.
Just one of the most overdue numbers appeared in the Wednesday Lotto draw, and that was the main number 21. The most overdue numbers as we head towards the Saturday game are now 27, 26, 25, 02, 48 and 11, so if you fancy including one or more of those on your Valentine's Day entries we'll keep our fingers crossed for you.
Although the rollover jackpot, the 10 guaranteed £1 million prizes and the 50 guaranteed £20,000 prizes will make the Saturday Lotto and Lotto Raffle games the highlight of the weekend, the EuroMillions draw on Friday is also well worth participating in. The EuroMillions jackpot will be worth an estimated £23 million, and the associated Millionaire Maker draw will create one guaranteed winner of £1 million.
Head this way to buy your lottery tickets online, good luck in the draws and we wish you a very happy Valentine's weekend!
