£21 Million Jackpot for EuroMillions

£21 Million Jackpot for EuroMillions
Updated: Wednesday 9th April 2014

After delivering a massive jackpot win last Friday, the EuroMillions lottery game got straight back down to the business of rolling over on Tuesday, which means that players will have around £21 million to try and win in a couple of days time. The EuroMillions results for Tuesday 2nd April were 12, 17, 25, 29 and 41, and the Lucky Star numbers were 01 and 04. Although the jackpot itself wasn't landed, over 1.77 million consolation prizes were won, so if you bought yourself a ticket or two you might want to check them sooner rather than later!

Two tickets, one of which had been bought by a player in the UK, won a very nice second-tier prize of £361,988 each by matching the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars. 10 tickets matched the five main numbers only to win £24,132, which is also a nice prize but highlights once again just how much a Lucky Star can be worth when you catch one at the right time.

41 tickets matched four main numbers and both of the Lucky Stars to win £2,942 each, whilst another 798 tickets won £132 each by matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star. All of the other winning tickets in the EuroMillions game won smaller amounts at the lower prize levels, but one ticket landed a prize of £1 million by matching the Millionaire Raffle number NLB309866.

With a rollover jackpot of £21 million up for grabs this Friday 5 April it is likely that some players will be including one or more overdue numbers on their tickets in the hope that they make a fortuitous appearance. If you are one of those players then the main numbers to look out for are 07, 47, 48, 18 and 38, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 02 and 07.

Don't forget that you also have a shot at winning a life-changing sum of money in the Lotto game this evening (Wednesday 3 April) thanks to an advertised jackpot of £2 million. The most overdue numbers for that game are 26, 28, 17, 13, 34 and 29.

Will any of the overdue numbers mentioned help someone to win big this week, or will a completely different set of numbers succeed in landing a jackpot? Like you, we will only know the answers to those questions after the draws have taken place, so click here to buy your lottery tickets online and good luck with whatever numbers you choose to play.
