Lottery Money lost to Fraud

Around £2.6m of Lottery money could have been lost to by suspected multiple fraud, according to the current culture secretary, Tessa Jowell. She went on to say that a series of arrests had been made following the discovery of irregularities in certain grant applications to the Big Lottery Fund. She added,"Criminal and civil proceedings are likely to follow."
