Friends Disunited
Who says 'money' will never change them? A big dispute over a £105,000
national lottery win has overshadowed friendships in Norfolk. Sylvia
and Martin Evans claim they bought the winning ticket with their
own money and therefore the prize is entirely theirs. But 17 other
people from Thetford claim the couple bought the tickets on behalf
of a syndicate that came into being at a child's birthday party.
Goes to show that all syndicates should really get the agreement
written down and signed by all members - if only to hang on to your
friends!
