Early riser gets the win

Marie Dobbs, from Bolton is an early riser as she has two horses that she looks after. But before she went out on Saturday 23 June, she quickly checked her Euromillions ticket against the results for the draw on Friday 22 June. When she saw that her Lucky Dip ticket had matched all five numbers 11,16,17,22,34 and one of the Lucky Star numbers of 5 and 6 she knew they were winners.

There were no winners of the jackpot that night, but eight tickets matched the five numbers and one star to win £259,708. With truck driver husband David, the couple plan to move out of their rented house and buy somewhere of their own, plus a car and a relaxing trip to Turkey.
