THE SLOT is a horror-themed mobile slots game that will delight fans of slasher movies everywhere. THE SLOT is a 5-reel game with 25 pay lines (or should those be ‘slay lines’?) and you can play 1 to 25 of those pay lines whilst staking anything from 5p to £1 per pay line. Every one of the reels is packed with gut-wrenching symbols that are sure to test your mettle: meat hooks, chainsaws, masks, dismembered fingers and the obligatory ‘Innocent Victim’ and ‘Ferocious Beast’ all play their part in this game, and there are plenty more symbols besides. Click the glowing + symbol at the bottom left of the screen and you will be able to view a Paytable which shows you exactly how much each symbol is worth when you get a winning combination on an active pay line.

The Innocent Victim is a WILD symbol, so if she appears anywhere on the reels she will substitute for any other symbol except the Ferocious Beast, which obviously makes it easier to create winning combinations. The Ferocious Beast is a SCATTER symbol, and if you get 3 or more of these on the reels at any one time you will trigger a Free Spins round.

The number of free spins that you will get in the Free Spins round depends on the number of Ferocious Beast symbols that appear simultaneously. 3 Ferocious Beasts give you 6 free spins, 4 Ferocious Beasts give you 8 free spins and 5 Ferocious Beasts give you 10 free spins. All prizes are doubled during the Free Spins round and you can re-trigger more free spins by once again getting 3 or more Ferocious Beasts on the reels.

Graphically, THE SLOT is as gruesome as you could ever want a slots game to be, and the red and black colour scheme really does create a dark and eerie atmosphere. Play it in the dark and it could be even scarier – just be careful not to bump into anything painful if you land yourself a jackpot!
