Our News Team

Ian Bruce
Ian is a freelance journalist and author who has been writing about all aspects of the gambling industry, including lotteries, for over 20 years. He has written a number of books and courses on gambling-related subjects under a variety of pseudonyms, and his work has been spotlighted by The Sunday Times and BBC Television, as well as similar organisations worldwide. This journalistic background, which precedes the introduction of the UK National Lottery in 1994, has given Ian a unique perspective on lottery games and the role they play in the betting industry at large.

Whether he is researching stories about the latest lottery winners or casting his critical eye over the odds so that he can highlight the best opportunities available, his aim is to help Lottery.co.uk deliver the information lottery players need, and to do before they even realise they need it.

Diana Nubuck
My name is Diana and I love playing lotteries! It's the thrill of knowing I could win a massive amount of money so big that my bank account would pop if I tried to fit it all in : )

When I'm not writing about lotteries, I'm writing about bingo, my second love in life. In my spare time, I write comedy for radio, and sometimes I do a bit of presenting. I'm also trying to write a book at the moment, and I can confirm, it’s harder than anything I've ever done before, even simultaneous equations.

I live in a little cottage in Bristol with a cat called Ted who likes to moult all over my bed and in my dinner. If I had a big win, I’d buy a chateau in the South of France and fill a swimming pool full of champagne. Fancy joining me?

Although I have yet to make my millions playing a number of National Lottery games the thrill of checking the results each and every week never wains. As a writer for Lottery.co.uk I love providing news about the huge rollover jackpots, winners and games from the National Lottery and hopefully one day I’ll be able to tell my lottery jackpot winner – I just need to wait for the right numbers be to be drawn!

I’m a mother of two girls and enjoy spending time travelling around my home country, Wales, in my camper van when time allows. I’d love to one day own a “splittie” and write a novel.
